Li Miao, born in 1973, is a senior accountant and certified public accountant (non-practising member). He formerly served as a director and chief financial officer of Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Metro Group) and as a supervisor of China Vanke Co., Ltd. He received a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1993 and a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2009. Early in his career, Li Miao worked at enterprises including Shenzhen Nanyou Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Press Group.
From September 2010 to December 2016, Li Miao served as a director and chief financial officer of Shenzhen SDG Co., Ltd.; he then served as a director and chief financial officer of Shenzhen Yantian Port Group Co., Ltd. from December 2016 to November 2020, and from November 2020 moved on to become a director and chief financial officer of Shenzhen Metro Group.
Li Miao served as a supervisor of Vanke from July 2020, and also concurrently served as a supervisor of Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. and a supervisor of Shenzhen Water (Group) Co., Ltd.; he also concurrently served as a director of Shenzhen Yantian Port Holdings Co., Ltd. (stock code 000088), a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
